You’ll be pleased to know that I am indeed working on Ragdoll again.
But these next few pages need to be posted as a complete scene, and that will take some time. I can’t estimate how long it will take, but I’m three pages deep into this scene right now, and I promise you it will be worth the wait. ^_^
You guys trust me, right? ~_^

Sketches
Thanks to last weekend’s horrible storm that knocked out my power for 5 days, the newest Ragdoll page will be late. So, here are some sketches/experimental art to make up for it. Thank you for your patience.
I recently discovered that one can color behind lineart in PS7. Who knew? *shock* Apparently everyone except me. Here’s an unfinished attempt at such digital coloring. Worth it to finish? Anyone?
An old sketch of Ember that I attacked with the crayons a few weeks ago. The original is an 11 x 17, and put this scan to shame.
And last, but never least, I know you guys miss Poltergeist. Don’t worry, he’s not gone for good, but that’s all the info you’re getting out of me today. ^_^
Pages Coming Soon
I know I’m so far behind, you guys, and I promise you I’ve been working hard. I’ve been spread pretty thin these days between work, multiple creative projects, and rebuilding 3 websites at once. New pages will be posting soon, and once they begin again I will update with more frequency.
In the meantime here is an art post. My latest work; this is the last card of the Major Arcana, number XXI, The World. Also known as The Universe in some decks, this card symbolizes the culmination of all knowledge and understanding that an individual can achieve.
I used the archetypes of the virgin and the snake, to represent the mortal mind coming to terms with its own id. The virgin, of an unspecified race/species, praises her creator as she makes love to the serpent; reconciling with her estranged, ancient lover as her mind is filled with the infinite possibilities of the incomprehensible universe. She feels no guilt or shame, finally understanding all facets of creation, and joyful in the comprehension of her place in the grand scheme of things.
I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.
